Booking process:
Based on written confirmation (Email), we ask you to pay 30% deposit in advance.
In all cases, the reservation becomes valid upon payment of the deposit.
The rest amount is payable on arrival.
Method of payment: cash, Banktransfer, OTP Szép card, MKB Szép card, K&H Szép card.
Tourist tax: 550 HUF / person / night.
By all our accommodation is payable separately, over 18 years.
Departure: possible until 10:00 a.m.
In case of late arrival we charge 3000 HUF.
Caution: 30000HUF or 100EUR is required to paí upon arrival, which will be refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred.
In case of cancellation:
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In this case, the amount of the deposit will be refunded less the transfer fee charged by the bank.
If the deposit was paid with a Szép card, we will also reduce the refunded amount by the amount of the 3.6% commission charged by the bank.
If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be refunded, 50% of the amount can be used within 1 year.

For everyone's safety, we've introduced the following rules:

We disinfect our apartments with even more care, creating the right hygienic conditions.

We provide hand desinfectant- and traditional soap in every apartment.

We welcome our guests in mask, keeping a distance of 1.5 meters.

The registration form will not be filled in upon arrival, please send the requested data by e-mail.

The most important information (policy, wifi password) is available in a folder together with the brochures of the area.

Document reader:
From 1 September 2021, in accordance with the legislation in force, Hungarian accommodation providers must record the personal data of all guests specified in the law by using a document reader upon arrival. Accepted documents for H: identity card, driving license, passport.
